Künstlerhaus Lukas

Künstlerhaus Lukas is a place for artistic work and international encounters on the Baltic Sea. It awards short-term scholarships to professional artists in the fields of visual arts, literature, dance/performance, music/composition and for projects at the interface of art and ecology as well as residencies with partner institutions in selected countries in Northern Europe. Furthermore, Künstlerhaus Lukas supports groups of artists by awarding workshop residencies. Since 2017, scholarships for guest curators have been offered in cooperation with the Neue Kunsthaus Ahrenshoop.

Work and living studios with private bathrooms, communal kitchens, large terraces with lake view, libraries, large common room, garden, printing workshop; Baltic Sea just across the road.

Possibility to exhibit in the house, to organize readings, film screenings, performances and other events; the Künstlerhaus is closely linked to the Neue Kunsthaus Ahrenshoop, where an exhibition and event program is open to the public all year round.

No consideration is expected in return. Participation in the open day is possible. Likewise, we are open to joint projects in the future.
