On the initiative of HBK Braunschweig/Braunschweig Projects and in collaboration with PACT Zollverein and IGBK, a digital network meeting with 27 organizations of artistic residency programmes in Germany took place on 22 May 2025.
In addition to a report by Anne Prenzler from the Cultural Office of the City of Hanoveron the laboratory "Raus aufs Land? Wie ermöglichen Künstler:innen-Residenzen Austausch & Begegnung?", the meeting focused on peer-to-peer exchange.
The participants were able to discuss three central topics in depth in smaller discussion groups:
→ Funding & funding opportunities,
→ Exchange opportunities, networking and ways of working together and
→ Selection process & jury work.
After reviewing and evaluating the results, a further networking meeting is planned.
