New publication by BBK Bundesverband with contributions a.o. from IGBK

Cover der kultur politik

The new issue of the BBK Bundesverband's magazine kultur politik deals with the increasing pressure on art and culture in times of regression and budget cuts and how cooperation and alliances can be used to create sustainable structures and protect democratic values.

The seminar "Change of Perspective: Inclusion in the Visual Arts", co-organized by the IGBK, will be summed up by Dr. Susanne Jaschko from the British Council and the IGBK office will look at pension systems in a European comparison in order to draw attention to the conditions of retirement provision for visual artists. With further contributions from, among others: Carsten Broda, Dr. Susanne Jaschko, María Linares and Liz Rech (publication June 30, 2025 in German, issue 02/2025).

The magazine can be ordered from the BBK for mail order or can also be downloaded as a PDF at the same link.
