Künstlerhaus Götz Residency

Artists from all media (painting, sculpture, film, performance, installation, etc.) are welcome to apply. The Künstlerhaus Götz is located about 50 minutes from Berlin-Charlottenburg and can be reached by the RE1 train line. It is situated in a picturesque village surrounded by nature reserves, swimming spots and hiking trails. A special focus of the residency activities is on self-sufficiency and livestock farming. A connection to these topics in the applications is desirable, but not mandatory. The artist residency offers an inspiring community environment with extensive activities. The stays are planned for 12 months each, with the possibility of extension.

The rooms are located on the ground floor but are not completely barrier-free due to a step. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and the house/property is not suitable for children. There are two WCs and a shared kitchen available for use by two to three people. The workshop and film screening room can be used free of charge by resident artists for up to 8 hours per month with prior reservation. Additional use is subject to a daily fee.
