Culture Moves Europe offers mobility grants to artists, cultural professionals and cultural organizations to carry out an international project. The program focuses on the sectors of architecture, cultural heritage, design and fashion design, literary translation, music, and performing and visual arts, and covers all countries of the Creative Europe program (including overseas countries and territories and the outermost regions of the European Union):

Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo [1], Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, Northern Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Tunisia, Ukraine. Armenia is currently negotiating to join Creative Europe.

Although Culture Moves Europe is generally focused on enabling physical mobility in Europe and beyond, legal residents of Ukraine are also exceptionally eligible to apply for virtual mobility.
