Ute Meta Bauer

Ute Meta Bauer gives insight into her work at the "Künstlerhaus Stuttgart" (from 1990 to 1993) and the framework of institutional critique. She now works as curator and Associate Professor and accepted the position as Director of the "Visual Arts Program" at the "Massachusetts Institute of Technology" (Cambridge). Among other topics she explores the function of archives in generating history and, connected to this, talks about her projects "Informationsdienst" and "Transborder Archive".
