IGBK has been an associate member of Res Artis since 2023. Res Artis is the Worldwide Network of Arts Residencies from around the globe. The network comprises more than 600 members in more than 80 countries, the office is based in Australia. Res Artis is the professional body for the field and provides a.o. capacity building tools for the members, connects residencies, advocates the importance of residencies in today’s society, and provides recommendations towards cultural mobility research and policy.
